| With the rapid development of online medical community,in recent years,the doctor-patient consultation mode based on virtual team has appeared in online medical community.This mode of consultation transfers the way of joint consultation of multiple doctors for the same patient from offline to online,which greatly improves the convenience and experience of patient consultation.With the emergence of new doctor-patient consultation mode,a new research direction has appeared.It has been found by scholars in the past that social support transmitted by doctors to patients can effectively affect the personal performance of doctors.Relative to individual behavior,team mode has certain particularity in its cooperative behavior.Therefore,based on the theory of social support,this paper explores the impact of information and emotional support provided by doctor team to patients on team performance in online medical community,which is conducive to providing methodological basis for doctor team to improve their own performance.This study can be divided into the following three stages.Firstly,combing the existing research on information support,emotional support and virtual team at home and abroad,and combining the management theory such as social support theory and interactive memory theory with the actual observation of online medical community,the research model is established and the research hypothesis is put forward.Secondly,by collecting the team consultation data of a mainstream online medical community,and utilizing natural language processing technology,independent variables and dependent variables of this study has been extracted.Thirdly,using panel data regression method to verify the research hypotheses,the impact of social support provided by doctors to patients with virtual team on team performance in online medical community has been discussed.The results show that when team performance is divided into service quantity and service quality,in terms of service quantity,the length of team introduction,the average number of words spoken,the number of mentioning behaviors and the number of voice will have a positive impact on the number of service.Moreover,the difference of team members’ cooperative behavior will weaken the relationship between the number of mentioning behaviors and the number of services.In terms of service quality,the number of mentioning behaviors,the positive emotional tendency and the number of facial expressions used by doctors’ virtual team have a positive impact on service quality.The results of this paper provide guidance for the online doctor virtual team to improve team performance,and help the website designers of online medical community to use relevant conclusions to guide the doctor team to improve service level,so as to promote the formation of a benign competitive environment. |
