With the rapid development of globalization, the environmental uncertainty and task complexity that enterprise organizations must face have increased sharply, and the traditional management mode has suffered great challenges and inadaptation. Team cooperation has become the first choice of organizational work to promote team effectiveness, and how to promote team effectiveness has become a hot spot of current academics. Based on the existing research theory of team interaction and team performance model, and refer to the successful experience of both domestic and foreign, we introduced the impacts of team interaction on team performance into rural hospitals, and build a team performance model on the foundation of realistic situation and effective construction of rural hospitals. We select a grassroot public medical institutions——JI LI rural hospital, to carry out the empirical research, deep interview and questionnaire survey were developed in the administrators of this hospital and members of six medical team. The whole study include the following contents:First, the reliability and validity analysis were made to verify the credibility and validity of the questionnaire. Then, we applied office software like SPSS and excel to make statistical analysis on the available questionnaire; Finally, daw conclusions how team interaction influenced the team performance through the hypothesis, make comparison and analysis on different medical team, and emphasize that team interaction do influence the team performance.Finally we draw conclusions that these indicators including trust, confliction, communication, learning and support in the interactive team have great influence on the team performance in a way,and are not independent of each other but interconnected.In addition to the team emotional conflicts,speciafically,other indicators have positive influence on the team performance; The team communication is a key in the interactional process,and smooth communication can help directly promote the team performance;The team trust plays a basic role in the interactional process,and prompts individuals to believe each other and be willing to cooperate in order to reduce personal conflicts; Group learning and supports have positive influence on strengthening the team cohesive force,the task completion and the satisfication of employees. Paying more attention to the interactional process, therefore, not only can effectively enhance the team cohesion and improve employee satisfaction,but offer the high quality and efficiency of the medical care. We hope this paper can provide guidance to other grassroots public medical institutions on how to strengthen internal effective construction.
