Objectives To understand the detection of frailty in elderly inpatients, analyze its influencing factors, and explore the correlation between senile weakness syndrome and sleep disorder and depression. Methods From November 2019 to November 2020,a total of 280 inpatients aged ≥ 60 who met the inclusion criteria in the affiliated Hospital of north China University of science and technology were selected as subjects(144 males and 136 females),The subjects were surveyed by clinical data and questionnaire were collected,Including age, sex, body mass index, education, medication, chronic diseases, living conditions, children’s visits, smoking history, drinking history and other information.Fried debilitation scale,Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index(PSQI)scale,Mini Mental State examination scale(MMSE),Mini Nutrition Assessment scale(MNA-SF)and EAT-10 Swallow screening scale were used to evaluate the debilitating status and the prevalence of senile syndrome.According to the Fried scoring standard,85 cases in the frailty group,75 cases in the pre-frailty group and 120 cases in the non-frailty group, all the data were established and analyzed by the statistical software SPSS 22.0.the normality test of the data was carried out,and the metrological data in accordance with the normal distribution were expressed by the analysis of variance between groups. The counting data were expressed by the number of cases(%),and chi-square test was used for comparison among groups with different debilitating conditions.Logistic multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of frailty. Results 1 There were significant differences in sex, age, education level and disease types among the frailty group, the pre-frailty group and the non-frailty group(P<0.05).2The proportion of dysphagia, cognitive impairment and malnutrition in weakness group was higher than that in frailty group and pre-frailty group(P<0.05).3 The proportion of hypertension, coronary heart disease and chronic kidney disease in the frailty group was higher than that in the pre-frailty group and non-frailty group(P<0.05).4 The detection rate of depression in frailty group was higher than that in pre-frailty group and non-frailty group(P<0.05).The detection rate of sleep disturbance in frailty group was higher than that in pre-frailty group and non-frailty group(P <0.05).5 The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that Age(OR:1.097,95%CI%:1.031~1.168,P<0.05),depression(OR:0.522,95CI%:0.310~0.879,P<0.05),sleep disorder(OR:3.205,95CI%:1.567~6.552,P<0.05)are important risk factors for pre-frailty.Age(OR:1.095,95%CI:1.017~1.179,P<0.05),education level(OR:0.522,95%CI:0.310~0.879,P<0.05),disease type(OR:2.835,95%CI:1.589~5.060,P<0.05),depression(OR:13.418,95%CI:5.128-35.114,P<0.05),sleep disorder(OR:4.184,95%CI:1.742~10.049,P<0.05),cognitive function(OR:3.927,95%CI:1.660~9.292,P<0.05),dysphagia(OR:6.612,95%CI:2.662~16.421,P<0.05),coronary heart disease(OR:3.881,95%CI:1.627~8.926,P<0.05),hypertension(OR:5.355,95%CI:2.220~12.921,P<0.05).are important risk factors for frailty. After excluding the interference of other factors, frailty and depression, frailty and sleep disorders were still statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions 1 There is correlation between frailty and depression in elderly inpatients.2 There is correlation between frailty and sleep disorders.in elderly inpatients.3 the incidence of frailty in elderly inpatients is high, and the occurrence of weakness is related to age, education level, type of disease, cognitive impairment, dysphagia, hypertension and coronary heart disease.Figure2;Table10;Reference 157...
