Objective This paper aims to analyze the trend of patients’ medical treatment behavior in Hebei province from 2014 to 2018,screen and demonstrate the influence of different factors on patients’ medical treatment behavior, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for standardizing patients’ medical treatment behavior in Hebei Province. Methods Based on the literature analysis and the Anderson model of medical service utilization, the influencing factors of patients’ choice of medical treatment is clarified, and the corresponding research hypotheses were proposed. In this paper, the fixed effect and random effect were used to complete the hypothesis test in the software STATA14.0,and the effects of different factors on residents’ medical behavior were demonstrated. Results The medical quality and the scores of primary institutions have significant effects with regression coefficients of 0.181 and 0.809,Improve the service quality of primary medical and health institutions will attract patients to seek medical treatment and reduce the tendency of patients to large hospitals. The total medical expenses and reimbursement ratio have significant effects on the behavior of seeking medical treatment with regression coefficients of 0.52 and 0.037,the higher the hospital level, the higher the medical cost. The reimbursement ratio promotes the choice of hospitals.Family-income plays a role in promoting the choice of hospital.Chronic disease, disease severity and exercise frequency had a positive effect, the regression coefficients are 0.097,0.86 and0.006.The coefficient between social capital and medical behavior is 0.231,social capital promotes the choice of hospitals. Conclusion 1)improve the quality of primary health care services and health institutions is an effective way to achieve health seeking behavior norms;2)medical shunt market price does play a role, but there is the income effect;differences 3)individual preferences affect health care seeking behavior;4)social capital As a non-institutional method,it is not conducive to the goal of improving medical treatment and achieving hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.Figure 6;Table 13;Reference 51... |
