| Objectives Based on type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with carotid plaques with blood glucose,blood lipid,renal function,blood coagulation and microvascular lesion,disease of heart head blood-vessel,the plaque inside the determination of new blood vessels form situation,know new blood vessels in the index with T2DM carotid plaques form relationship,further analysis of T2DM with carotid plaques in the influence factors of new blood vessels,to provide new targets for prevention and treatment of T2DM vascular complications.Methods Selection of north China university of science and technology affiliated hospital endocrinology in November 2019 to November 2020,120 cases of patients with T2DM combined carotid plaques in the hospital,based on carotid ultrasound imaging results,divided the patients into carotid plaques with new blood vessels groups(case group)63 cases of patients,there is no new blood vessels in the carotid artery plaque group(control group)in patients with 57 cases.Collect the patient’s general information,ask the patient’s history,the history,is now a comprehensive physical examination,determination of related biochemical indicators(liver function,renal function,blood lipids,blood sugar),routine blood,and clotting series,islet function and trace albumin,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood pressure,calculation index,body mass index and insulin resistance in patients with detailed questionnaires,and establish the database,using SPSS25.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results 1 The χ~2 test showed no statistically significant gender difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but there was a statistically significant difference in smoking history between the two groups(P<0.05).2 Byχ~2test analysis,between groups in microvascular disease,coronary heart disease,cerebrovascular disease with diabetes mellitus differences statistically significant(P<0.05),and the risk of diabetic microvascular lesions in case group increased 2.68 times,2.52-fold increase in the risk of coronary heart disease cases,a3.54-fold increased risk of cerebrovascular disease cases.3 T-test analysis of independent samples showed statistically significant differences in age,duration of diabetes,BMI,SBP,GGT,UA,MAU,TC,TG,LDL-C,HbA1c,FBP,IR,WBC,LY,FIB and D-D between the two groups(P<0.05).4 To whether there is new blood vessels inside the carotid artery plaque formation as the dependent variable,with statistical significance in the course of this analysis indicators as independent variables,unconditioned two classification Logistics regression analysis,the control factors of comparability has been after microvascular disease,cerebrovascular disease,and diabetes carotid plaques in new blood vessels have relations,in diabetic patients with carotid plaques in new blood vessels in microvascular lesion,an increased risk of cerebrovascular disease(P<0.05).Other results showed that the duration of diabetes,smoking,trace albumin,LY,TG were independent risk factors for the formation of new blood vessels in carotid artery plaques in diabetic patients(P<0.05).Conclusions 1 Neovascularization in T2DM carotid plaques is associated with diabetic microangiopathy.2 Neovascularization in carotid plaques increases the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in diabetic patients,and can be used as a predictor of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Figure0;Table13;Reference 142... |
