An Equivalent Randomized Controlled Trial Of New Long Gan Anti-inflammatory Ointment On Wound Healing After Anal Fistula Operation

Objective: Through clinical trials,it is explored that the new LGAO can effectively promote wound healing and relieve pain in patients after AF surgery,and whether it is equivalent to the original preparation in promoting wound healing and relieving wound pain.Methods: A randomized,double-blind and controlled design was adopted.60 patients with AF resection under CSA in the Anorectal Department of the Fourth Clinical Medical College of Xinjiang Medical University were collected from December 2020 to March 2021.The experimental group used new LGAO,and the control group was covered with the original preparation.Objectively evaluate and record the wound area,granulation growth score and pain score of the patients on the 1st,4th,8th and 12 th days after the surgery,calculate the wound healing rate,and analyze the relevant data with SPSS23.0software.Results: The study completed a total of 60 patients,30 in the test group and 30 in the control group,and there is no dropout or elimination.(1)There is no statistical difference between the two groups of subjects in gender,age,and original area,so the study cases are comparable;(2)After treatment of the two groups,according to the comprehensive efficacy index,the total effective rate of the test group and the control group was 90.00%,showing that there was no statistical difference in the efficacy of the two groups of patients(P > 0.05),indicating that the efficacy of the two groups was roughly quite;(3)There was a statistical difference in the postoperative healing rate at different observation times between the two groups(P < 0.001),and the postoperative healing rate between the two groups was statistically different(P<0.05);(4)There was a difference in postoperative pain scores between the two groups at different observation times(P<0.001);no statistical difference was found in postoperative pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05);(5)The results showed that there was no significant difference in granulation tissue growth between the experimental group and the control group at 4time points(P>0.05);(6)No adverse reactions were found during the study.Conclusion:Both new LGAO and the original preparation can effectively reduce the pain of patients,improve the growth of granulation tissue,and promote wound healing after AF surgery.New LGAO is roughly equivalent to the original preparation in reducing the pain of patients,improve the growth of granulation tissue,and promoting wound healing after AF surgery.
