Research On The Current Status Of Competencies Of General Practitioners With Free Orders In Hainan Province

Objective : To explore the current status and influencing factors of the competencies of general practitioners with free orders,and provide a reference for improving the competencies and overall quality of general practitioners with free orders in Hainan Province.Methods:In this research,238 “free order general practitioners” who passed the standardized training of general practice residents of Hainan Medical College after graduation from 2015 to 2017 were the survey subjects.The free order general practitioner positions in Hainan Province were designed after analyzing literature data and consulting experts.The competency questionnaire is used to conduct on-site surveys,use descriptive analysis,independent sample t-test and one-way variance test to analyze data,and use Logistic regression analysis to explore age,gender,marriage,health status,grassroots service or not,and work The impact of years,income,pressure and development prospects on job competence.Results:The free order general practitioners’ compliance rate of the sample of this survey is 99.51%,and the average value of the six dimensions of job competence ranges from 2.49 to 2.80,which is closer to 3;in different genders,whether to provide basic services and marriage or not There is no significant difference in job competence(P>0.05);Logistic regression analysis of the influencing factors of the competence of different general practitioners in free orders in Hainan Province shows that there are significant differences in the two demographic characteristics of different incomes and different working years(P<0.05).Conclusion:The free order general practitioners in Hainan Province surveyed in this study are at a relatively high level of competency in all dimensions.Through research,it is found that the influencing factors of the job competence of general practitioners for free orders in Hainan Province are as follows:(1)The job competence of general practitioners is directly proportional to the amount of income.The higher the income,the higher the job competency score.(2)As the number of years of general practitioners working at the grassroots level increases,the higher the job competency score.Increasing remuneration can encourage free order general practitioners to stay in the grassroots service,and at the same time can improve their job competence and further improve the level of grassroots medical services.
