Clinical Observation Of Compound Zicao Oil Gauze In The Treatment Of Postoperative Pain,Edema And Wound Healing Of Mixed Hemorrhoids With Damp-Heat Down Injection

Objective: The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical effect of compound zicao oil gauze on anal pain,edema and wound healing after operation of damp-heat injection mixed hemorrhoids.Methods: 60 postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoids with damp-heat downward injection were randomly divided into control group(n = 30)and test group(n = 30).Patients in both groups began to change dressing on the second day after operation.Xiong Zhen shuan and Xiong Zhen ointment were used in the control group,and compound zicao oil gauze was used in the test group on the basis of the control group.The degree of incision pain,anal edema and wound healing time were compared between the two groups.Results:1.There was no significant difference in the basic conditions(sex,age,number of incisions,course of disease)and the scores of VAS,PRI and PPI on the first day after operation between the two groups(P>0.05).2.After treatment,the scores of VAS and PRI in the test group were lower than those in the control group on the 3rd and 7th day after operation(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the scores of VAS and PRI between the two groups on the 14 th day after operation(P>0.05).The PPI score of the test group was lower than that of the control group on the 3rd day after operation(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups on the 7th and 14 th day after operation(P>0.05).3.After treatment,the score of anal edema in the test group was better than that in the control group on the 7th day after operation(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups on the 3rd and 14 th day after operation(P > 0.05).4.After treatment,there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P > 0.05),and the wound healing time in the test group was shorter than that in the control group(P < 0.05).5.No adverse events occurred in two groups during the study,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion: The application of compound zicao oil gauze oil in mixed hemorrhoids can promote wound healing,reduce incision pain and edema,shorten healing time,and is safe and effective,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
