Objective:This study through comparative study of exploration compound LiDuoHaiFu ointment in the treatment of hemorrhoids Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy pain and edema of crissum after clinical application value.Methods:60cases of hemorrhoids Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy pain and edema of crissum after patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the treatment group of30cases by using compound LiDuoHaiFu ointment in the treatment the control group of30cases by using Huanglian ointment in the treatment. The two groups were observed before and after treatment of edema and pain of anal margin changes, using statistical software SPSS17.0to analyse the results, with alpha=0.05to the standard for two-sided test.Results:Two groups of patients in general by test:before treatment, P>0.05, the difference was not statistically significant, two groups of data are comparable; In two groups of patients with pain by rank sum test:before treatment, P=0.207, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05),two groups of data are comparable;1days after treatment with P=0.014,3days after treatment with P=0.007, P=0.001to5days after treatment, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05), prompting the curative effect in treatment group was superior to control group. two groups of patients with edema of crissum situation by rank sum test:before treatment, P=0.690, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), two groups of data are comparable;1days after treatment with P=0.522, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05);3days after treatment with P=0.035, P=0.001to5days after treatment, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05), effect of the treatment group is superior to control group tips.Conclusion:compound LiDuoHaiFu ointment in the treatment of hemorrhoids Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy pain and edema of crissum after effects in Administration for3days is better than that of Hanglian ointment group. compound LiDuoHaiFu ointment group showed no obvious toxic and side effect and local cutaneous adverse reactions, so its application in hemorrhoids Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy after the treatment, is safe, feasible.
