Objective:Through randomized controlled clinical observation,to observe the clinical guiding value of ERAS combined with the method of warming and nourishing fluid, replenishing qi and nourishing blood on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after rectal prolapsion,.To explore the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine decoction under the concept of ERAS to accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function and improve the quality of life and social and economic benefits of patients after rectal prostration Methods:In this study,a randomized control method was adopted.Sixty patients with rectal prolapse who met the requirements admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected, and 30 of them were simply randomly assigned to the rapid rehabilitation mode+ warm and replenishing method(decoction)as the experimental group. The other 30 cases were treated with rapid rehabilitation mode only as the control group, and the total curative effect during the 5-day treatment period was summarized and compared.Results:1.Compared with the control group, the values of CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 in the experimental group on the first and third days after surgery and the P values of CRP and IL-6 in the numerical analysis on the seventh day after surgery were all < 0.05,showing statistical differences.2.Gastrointestinal function recovery indexes and total hospitalization days in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05),and the mean time of postoperative anal canal removal was lower than that in the control group(P <0.01),with statistical difference.3.Chi-square test was conducted to analyze and compare the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions and complications between the two groups, and there was no statistical significance between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).4.According to the analysis results of rank sum test, there were statistical differences in the efficacy evaluation of both Chinese and Western medicine in the experimental group, with P < 0.05(P = 0.036 and 0.044,respectively).5.There was no obvious damage of liver and kidney function in the two groups. No allergy, serious cardiopulmonary dysfunction and serious complications occurred during the administration, such as intestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal perforation and bleeding, anastomotic leakage, peritonitis or signs of shock. Conclusion:Removing fluid method in the clinical application of phase of ERAS of rectal prolapse with good recovery of gastrointestinal function in the concept of positive significance, concrete conclusion is: the oneself removing method(flavored filling in yiqi decoction)can reduce the degree of postoperative stress injury, obviously alleviate postoperative adverse reactions, shortening time of postoperative anal canal pull out and patients’ hospitalization days. The decoction is safe and effective in clinical application.
