Medical services are an important part of social security services in China.Along with social economy development,the social demand and requirements for medical services are gradually improving.Governmental hospitals should strengthen management,stick to the public welfare orientation,improve the efficiency of medical services,in order to provide high-quality medical services for the people.Hospital performance management plays a key role in the whole medical service.It is not only the cornerstone of ensuring the life of medical staff,but also plays a huge role in promoting the enthusiasm of medical staff.With the continuous advancement of medical reform policy,governmental hospitals encounter many problems in their development,these places higher demands on the internal management of hospitals.How to combine personal development with the overall strategy of the hospital and how to realize the social welfare of governmental hospitals and promote the high-quality development of hospitals,this is a question.Therefore,it is very necessary to explore the performance management of governmental hospitals,and it is also very meaningful.This paper takes F hospital as the research object,based on the overview of performance management theory,introduce several common performance appraisal methods:such as management by objectives,key performance indicators,balanced scorecard,whole degree performance appraisal,RBRVS method and so on.From which aspects F hospital has made changes,this paper analyzes the achievements and problems of performance management in F hospital at this stage.It also analyzes the current situation of performance management of governmental hospitals in Shandong Province,and points out the existing problems of governmental hospitals in Shandong Province.Comparative analysis of other provinces cases of hospital performance management.Finally,in order to improve the summary of governmental hospitals performance management in Shandong Province to put forward suggestions.At the same time,this article does not rigidly adhere to the existing performance management theory,more based on the performance management policy response under the background of health care reform,put forward problems,analyze problems and propose solutions.This article has certain theoretical significance and practical value,and puts forward the inevitability of combining DRGs and RBRVS into hospital performance management.Some feasible suggestions are put forward for the performance management of governmental hospitals in Shandong Province.
