Research On The Causes And Governance Mechanism Of Medical Disputes In China ——Taking C City In Inner Mongolia As An Example

With the rapid development of social economy and urbanization,my country’s medical and health system has also vigorously promoted reforms in accordance with the requirements of the times,and the level of medical technology services in various regions has significantly improved.However,the year-on-year increase in medical disputes has become the focus of a new round of attention from all walks of life.The increasingly tense doctor-patient relationship and the frequent occurrence of "medical troubles" reflect the many hidden dangers in the current medical management system.The optimization and perfection of the medical dispute resolution mechanism is imminent.Under the intertwining of factors such as the imperfect legal system of medical security,the high cost of diagnosis and treatment,and the lack of effective communication between doctors and patients,the problem of medical disputes in my country has become more and more serious.The existing resolution mechanism lacks humanistic care and cannot contain such problems from the source.The proposal of a sound medical security system and a comprehensive dispute resolution mechanism has become a concern of people nowadays.In order to effectively reduce the number of disputes between doctors and patients and ease the tension between doctors and patients,new demands and challenges have been put forward for exploring and innovating dispute resolution mechanisms.This article takes C City of Inner Mongolia as the research object,and uses conflict theory and governance theory as the theoretical basis.It adopts three research methods: literature research method,case analysis method and interview method.Based on the current status of medical disputes in China and the problems exposed,from The patients themselves,the hospital,the government,and society analyzed the causes of medical disputes and discovered the shortcomings in the current medical and health system and the problems exposed in the actual application of the existing related resolution mechanisms.The methods and methods for dealing with disputes have resulted in a multi-angle and deep-level dispute resolution mechanism that suits China’s national conditions.It is necessary to establish a diversified subject coordination mechanism,establish and improve relevant legal policies;strengthen the internal management of the hospital,encourage and develop the first Tripartite medical dispute mediation institutions,and the news media play a positive role in publicity and guidance.Committed to reducing the contradiction between doctors and patients from the root cause,maintaining the normal operation of medical order,and promoting the high-quality development of medical and health undertakings.
