| According to the global diabetes statistics report,our country has the largest number of people with diabetes in the world.The chronic disease,called diabetes,brings many complications,and diabetic nephropathy is one of the most serious.Regular detection of urine cells can effectively prevent and treat this disease.In the face of the large number of tests in hospitals,in order to reduce the amount of manual operation and improve the efficiency and accuracy of tests,the establishment of medical examination management system is an inevitable trend at present.Nowadays,many large hospitals in China have established integrated management systems based on various disciplines.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the management system of urine cytology.At present,urine smear is mainly performed by staining analysis,and most of the full-automatic cell dyeing machines developed at home and abroad have a single function,which generally only has the function of staining.Moreover,receiving and sending slices,microscopic observation and counting still need to be completed manually,and the paper reports generated are also not easy to count and manage,which reduce working efficiency.In addition,many medical tests already use QR codes to identify users.QR code has the advantages of large capacity,easy and fast to read,but it is easily recognized by many terminal devices such as mobile phones,leading to the disclosure of patient information.So,how to effectively perform urinary cytology,how to realize the convenient management of inspection information,and how to ensure the safety of patient information are urgent problems for urine cell detection to solve.This paper is based on the project of urine cell automatic staining and intelligent analysis robot.By in-depth study of security certification technology,medical management system and hardware control technology,a dye robot management system based on QR code safety technology is designed and developed.This paper mainly completes the following work:Firstly,this paper uses QR code instead of the traditional one-dimensional bar code.Then,the security technologies such as information encryption and digital watermarking are studied,and these security authentication technologies are combined with QR code.Moreover,a security authentication algorithm of QR code for this system is designed to realize the safe transmission of information.Secondly,designing and developing interface program to control the hardware equipment involved in this system,which results in the realization of integrated control process of automatic staining of urine cells,automatic transmission of slides,automatic microscope shooting and automatic urine cell recognition.And then,the test results are stored in the designed database for the convenience of subsequent management operations.Thirdly,the requirements of dyeing robot management system are analyzed,then,the design and development of the management software of dyeing robot based on QR code safety technology is completed.This system of dyeing robot is divided into five modules,respectively user management,QR code management,urine cytology,information management,data backup and restoration.The management system of dyeing robot designed in this paper has solved some drawbacks in urine cytography.To a large extent,it reduces the manual operation in the testing process,improves the work efficiency and accuracy of the results,and effectively reduces the risk of patient information leakage.In general,this system has important guiding significance for the urine cell examination and the prevention and early treatment of diabetic nephropathy in hospital. |
