| Ganoderma,belongs to the family Ganoderma of Ganodermataceae,is renowned for its health-promoting and tonic properties,and has been a traditional Chinese medicine for more than 2000 years.Most of the pharmacological effects have been reported on Ganoderma,such as:immune regulation,anti-tumor,anti-diabetic.To the good traditionally medicinal value and biological pharmacological activity,Ganoderma attracts attention in new drug research.This paper was divided into three parts.First part:review on the chemical constituents and pharmacological research of Ganoderma sp..Second part:study of Ganoderma sp.secondary metabolites.In virtue of chromatography separation(silica gel,RP-18,MCI)and extensive spectroscopic analysis(NMR,2D-NMR,MS,IR,UV,optical rotation),eight compounds were purified and determined,including four novel lanostane triterpenoids(2,3,5,6).Last part:research on?-glucosidase inhibitory activities.In these compounds,1-6 and 8 showed potent?-glucosidase inhibitory activities in vitro.Especially compounds 3 and6,with IC50of 0.04 m M and 0.01 m M,which were 40 and 160 times lower than acarbose(1.63 m M)respectively,suggesting that they could be new chemical entities on treatment of diabetes. |
