Exploration On Prof. LU Zhizheng’s Medication Regularities In Curing Sjogren’s Syndrome Based On Data Excavation

Objective To summarize Prof.LU Zhizheng experience in treating Sjogren’s syndrome,we explore the core drugs in his prescription by traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system which provides objective and efficient basis.In this way we could improve the level of Sjogren’s syndrome diagnosis and treatment,inherit Traditional Chinese Medicine clinical experience with its own characteristics.Methods Follow professor Lu’s clinic and study with his,collect medical records from February 2009 to July 2015 in Guang’an men hospital with a certain criteria,and build a database by traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system.By the use of association rules,clustering mining,statistics,clinical symptoms,the frequency of drug,we analyzed the association of the core drugs and abstracted new prescriptions.Results 1.By mining datum of 81 cases of Sjogren’s syndrome prescriptions from professor Lu’s clinic,and these syndromes appeared frequently such as Dry mouth,dry eyes,joint pain,fatigue,dry nose,throat,dry skin,morning stiffness,rampant tooth,muscle pain.2.This database contains a total of 243 kind of drugs,which appears 6763 times.Commonly used drugs are yam,red peony root,Pueraria,Radix,credit leaves,fried Atractylodes,Salvia,ebony,littoralis,traditional Chinese medicine,cuneata,white peony root,Dendrobium,black snake,Gentiana,heterophylla,Rehmannia,bergamot,licorice,Radix,Scutellaria,Scrophulariaceae,forsythia,Angelica,fried malt,Yuzhu,honeysuckle,reed rhizome,rhizome,Schisandra.3.The top five categories of drugs are tonic,antipyretic,relieving drugs,blood circulation drugs,rheumatism medicine.4.Medicines applied in this reseach are the characteristics of most of them are cold and flat in nature,sweet,bitter and pungent in flavor.Drugs maily used were those belonging to liver,lung,stomach and spleen in channel.5.Meanwhile with this software "new formula analysis" function,we extract the 12 new prescriptions.Conclusion 1.The center of Professor Lu’s experience in treating Sjogren’s syndrome is supplement Qi and Yin,supplement Qi of stomach and spleen,clearing dry toxicity and promoting blood circulation at the same time,making good use of the wind medicine.2.With traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system out part of Professor Lu’s experience of treating Sjogren’s syndrome,which provides objective and efficient basis.In this way we could improve the level of Sjogren’s syndrome diagnosis and treatment,inherit Traditional Chinese Medicine clinical experience with its own characteristics.
