The Experience Summary Of Famous Eld Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctor Jiang Zhaojun Treating Postoperative Breast Cancer Based On Data Mining

Objective: To use the technique of data mining to summarize Professor Jiang’s experience in treating postoperative breast cancer from the symptoms and herbs of Professor Jiang’s medical records。Method: To collect Professor Jiang’s medical records in treating postoperative breast cancer, a total of 31 cases of medical records,123 times,and preserve the original data which meet the requirements。Through the data processing to establish a database in Excel,and analyze the frequency of postoperative breast cancer patients with symptoms, traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine, finding the postoperative breast cancer common symptoms as well as the core drug by SPSS V17.0 software。 Through the system clustering method to analyze the frequency in more than 5 times of traditional Chinese medicine, finding out the closely related drug combinations of breast cancer treatment。Results: 1. The results of frequency analysis: in the cases which appear frequency is greater than or equal to 20 times the symptoms as follows: insomnia, sweating, fatigue, dry mouth, anorexia. In the tongue, red tongue(40.3%) and white fur(28.0%) are the most common. The fine pulse(44.4%) and deep pulse(42.8%), accounting for 87.2%. The total frequency of traditional Chinese medicine is 2304, the herbs of using frequency up to 15 and frequency were more than 40 times,accumulative frequency reached 52%, which the most is Astragalus, the frequency for the 120 times, followed by the white atractylodes rhizome, Poria cocos, is greater than or equal to 100 times. The tonic(32.4%),antipyretic(19.1%) and diuresis medicine(9.9%), accounted for the total frequency of 61.4%. 2.The results of cluster analysis: To analyze traditional Chinese medicine of frequency more than 5 times, get the commonly used drug for 10, 10 combinations of drugs and drug combination 1.Conclusion: The basic pathogenesis of the disease is body resistance weakened while pathogenic factors prevailing, the disease’s location is liver, kidney. The weakened body resistance gives priority to the deficiency in Qi and Yin and deficiency of liver and kidney. The real evil are toxic heat, phlegm and blood stasis. The main principle is to uphold the treatment of this disease, clinically by supplementing qi and nourishing Yin, as the basic principle of treatment of fuzhengjiedu.
