Objective:To study the biomechanical effect of manipulation of lever location on the lumbar spine in the regulation of neural feedback.Methods:30 college students as volunteers were choosed,test the pressure(p)and displacement(s),electromyography(sEMG)(E)of manipulation of lever location and thenar knead manipulation and obtain the relevant spectral data by biomechanical data acquisition system,get clear spectral data by curvature width adjustment,screening and filtering,and import the spectral data to excel,arrange the spectral data by time,and made into a time sequence chart,operate 3000 data of displacement and pressure and 3000 data of sEMG use self correlation function and the cross-correlation function of manipulation of lever location and thenar knead manipulation,obtain 2000 self correlation coefficient of pressure,displacement and sEMG and 2000 cross-correlation coefficient of the pressure and displacement,pressure ands EMG.Results:1.The time sequence diagram of two kinds of manipulation experimental data was obtained.2.The correlation coefficient and correlation coefficient of the stress,strain and EMG of the two manipulation are obtained.The mutual relation value of stress-sEMG of manipulation of lever location is(-0.50±0.12),The mutual relation value of strain-sEMG of manipulation of lever location is(-0.68±0.13),The mutual relation value of stresssEMG of thenar knead manipulation is(-0.50±0.08),The mutual relation value of strain-of thenar knead manipulation is(-0.60±0.11),Statistics have significant difference between the mutual relation value of stress-sEMG and strain-sEMG of two manipulations.Conclusion:1.The experimental results found that self-correlation and cross correlation coefficients are the amount of change with time of stress,strain and the sEMG,but not a single correlation coefficient from the Scatter plot..2.The experimental results show that the data of the correlation coefficient is stable when the manipulation is relatively stable,and the stress,strain and the neural feedback change trend of the time sequence diagram are also consistent with the experimental results.3.Comparison of the relationship between two kinds of manipulations,the is no obvious difference between the manipulation of lever location and thenar knead manipulation on the neural feedback.
