Study On The Effect Of TiaoZhong Decoction On The Level Ofgastric,Somatostatin And Interstitial Cells Of Cajal Express In Young Rats With Functional Dyspepsia

Objective By observe the effects on the level of gastrin,somatostatin and interstitial cells ofcajal expressin young rats with Functional Dyspepsia,to investigate the exact mechanism of action of TiaoZhong Decoction,providemore safe and effective treatment for clinical.Methods 36 clean grade SD young rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:the normal control group,the model control group,the domperidone group,the high dose group of TiaoZhong Decoction,the middle dose group of TiaoZhong Decoction,the low dose group of TiaoZhong Decoction.There were 6 rats each group.All the rats were fed irregularly,drank 4℃ code water,and clip tail stimulation method was adopted,except for the the normal control group rats,to set up FD models.After the model was successfully established.All the groupsexcept for the normal control group medicated were gastrogavage for 14 days.young rats in each group were fed nothing except water for 12 hours before administered medicine.then,2 hours later,collected blood from abdominal aortic.use ELISA to analysis the level of gastrin andsomatostatin were measured with ELISA.At last,remove the stomach all the rats in 1min after killed.Determine interstitial cells ofcajal express by immunohisto chemistry method.Results compared with the normal control group,the gastrin level in serum of the model control group were significantly decreased(P<0.01),the level of gastrin in serum of the high dose group was significantly higher than the model group(P<0.01),the middle dose group and the low dose group were higher than the model group(P<0.05);compared with the normal control group,the somatostatin level in serum of the model control group were significantly increased(P<0.01),the level of somatostatin in serum of the high dose group and the middle dose group were significantly lower than the model group(P<0.01),but the low dose group was no obvious differences with the model group(P>0.05);compared with the normal control group,interstitial cells ofcajal express of the model control group were significantly decreased(P<0.01),interstitial cells ofcajal express of the high dose group was significantly lower than the model group(P<0.01),the middle dose group was higher than the model group(P<0.05),but the low dose group was no obvious differences with the model group(P>0.05).Conclusion The model rat was successfully established,and observed that the high dose group of TiaoZhong Decoction can significantly improved the level of gastrin,increased the level of somatostatin and improved the Cajal interstitial cells express in Young Rats with Functional Dyspepsia,the effect is better than the middle dose group of TiaoZhong Decoction.the low dose group was no obvious differences with the model group.Instructed that improved the level of gastrin,increased the level of somatostatin and improved interstitial cells ofcajal express in young rats with Functional Dyspepsia,and tending to normal range,this may be one of the mechanisms of functional dyspepsia.
