Study On Effect Of Dysarthria After Stroke Treated By Combined Scalp Acupuncture And Body Acupuncture

Objective To observe the effect and benefit of scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture used in the treatment of stroke dysarthria,providing new ideas and new methods with clinical comprehensive treatment for post-stroke dysarthria.Methods 120 cases of typical stroke structure dysarthria patients admitted in Department of rehabilitation medicine of Zhejiang Provincial People’s Hospital during 2014.8-2016.2 was selected as the objects of observation.Randomly divided into three groups:the scalp acupuncture group(40 cases);(2)and body acupuncture group(40 cases);(3)scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture in combination group(40 cases)treated for 4 weeks for a course of treatment.Three groups of patients were asked to accept speech training,scalp acupuncture group in speech training on the basis of scalp acupuncture,acupuncture selection:top of the anterior temporal slash 2/5 segments.Acupuncture group in speech training on the basis of the body acupuncture,acupoint selection:yamen,lianquan,yifeng,fengchi,tongli,jinjin and yuye(including jinjin and yuye prick no needle).The scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture in combination group in speech training method based on the combination of scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture or acupoint selection of acupuncture treatment.Three groups were one times a day,five times a week,the total continuous treatment of 4 weeks(20 times)for observation of treatment.The diagnostic and therapeutic effect criteria of the rehabilitation center of Hebei Provincial People’s Hospital were used to evaluate the diagnostic and curative effect criteria.The curative effect of three groups of patients before and after treatment were observed and compared between groups.Results Compared with before treatment,three groups of patients with Frenchay dysarthria assessment results were significantly improved(P<0.05).There was no different between scalp acupuncture group and body acupuncture group showed on the results of the Frenchay structure sound barrier assessment and clinical effect(P>0.05),while the scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture group was significantly better than the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Scalp acupuncture,body acupuncture and scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture combined therapy can effectively improve the stroke dysarthria,but the effect of scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture is more significant.
