Clinical Observation On Treating Chronic Kidney Disease Of The Spleen Kidney Qi-Deficiency Pattern With TCM Plus Moxibustion

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM plus moxibustion on chronic kidney disease of the spleen kidney qi-deficiency pattern,and the mechanism of action.Methods After voluntarily signed informed consent,in accordance with the random number list,88 chronic kidney disease of the spleen kidney qi-deficiency pattern were randomly divided into two group.44 patients in treatment group were treated by Basic treatment with TCM plus moxibustion;44 patients in control group were treated by Basic treatment.After three weeks of treatment,the changes of clinic symptom and laboratory index were examinde.Result1.After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of treatment group is 86.36%,which is better than that of control group(65.9%)with statistical(P<0.05).2.After treatment,in improving the TCM syndrome curative effect,the total clinical effective rate of treatment group is 88.63%,which is better than that of control group(68.18%)with statistical(P<0.05).3.Two groups of 24 hours urinary protein quantitative comparison before and after the treatment,the treatment group after 24 hours urinary protein quantitative treatment than before treatment have significant difference,the control group after 24 hours urinary protein quantitative treatment was no significant difference,the treatment group in reducing visible 24 hours urinary protein quantitative is better than that in control group.4.Compare two groups before and after the treatment of renal function,the treatment group after treatment has significant difference in reducing BUN,UA,and there was no significant difference in terms of reducing Scr.Scr after treatment than before treatment,while improvement is not obvious,but the index,an improving trend to decline.Control group after treatment in reducing BUN,UA there was no significant difference,while the Scr after treatment than before treatment index increases,shows that in the control group after treatment than before treatment of Scr worsen trend.5.Two groups of propagated,HB comparison before and after the treatment:the treatment group after treatment has significant difference in reducing propagated,and there was no significant difference in terms of reducing HB.The control group after treatment in reducing propagated,HB were no significant differences.Conclusion The research shows that the treatment group in improving the syndrome of TCM,reducing urinary protein and improve the level of plasma albumin and adjustment of urea nitrogen,serum creatinine has obvious curative effect,good safety,low incidence of adverse reactions.The research indicates that The traditional Chinese medicine combined moxibustion method is effective and safe for the treatment of chronic kidney disease of the spleen kidney qi-deficiency pattern.
