Bibliometric Analysis Study On Nursing Intervention Of Patients With Stress Urinary Incontinence

Objective Bibliometric analysis and co-word clustering method is used to the related nursing intervention in patients with stress urinary incontinence(SUI),summarized the domestic and foreign literature,analysis,research,compared the similarities and differences among nursing intervention measures at home and abroad,predicts the development direction and research hotspots,provides reference for guiding clinical and scientific research.Methods Allliterature related to stress urinary incontinence nursing which published during 2000-2015 were searched in the PubMed database and Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database,thenmake use of Excel,Bicomb2 and SPSS21.0 software,the area and journal distribution of the publication numbers,the status of author situation and language distribution were analyzed by bibliometric method.In addition,the hotspot of Stress urinary incontinence nursing 16 years were analyzed objectively by co-word clustered analysis method.Results In PubMed database:it contains 194 SUI nursing literatures,in CNKI database,it includes 497 literatures.It shows approximately linear rising trend of literature accumulation amount of SUI nursing in PubMed and CNKI from 2000 to2015.The kind of core journals of SUI nursing is eight abroad and seventeen at home.The core authers are not formed and output of high yielding authot’s thesis need to improve.High yielding region of SUI nursing papers are Guangdong,Zhejiang,Jiangsu,Beijing,Hubei,Henan.From the point of language distribution,in PubMed database,the first 3 kinds of literature language are English,German and Polish.Through word frequency analysis and co-word cluster analysis,it shows that the study hotspots of SUI nursing in 16 years mainly focus on 5 themes,including Pelvic floor muscle exercise combined biofeedback method,Psychological nursing,Cognitive intervention,Perioperative nursing and Urinary incontinence specialist nurse interventions.Conclusion Domestic and foreign research related to stress urinary incontinence nursing intervention in the development of the discipline of the third stage of maturity,it indicates that this is still a hotspot.Butresearch on the subject is unbalanced development in various regions.Wecan track the discipline front by reading related core journals and related research papers written by prolific authors.The study hotspots of SUI nursing from 2000 to 2015 years at home and abroad mainly focus on 5 themes,Pelvic floor muscle exercise combined biofeedback method,Psychological nursing,Cognitive intervention,Perioperative nursing and Urinary incontinence specialist nurse interventions.If we want to a further breakthrough in SUI nursing,nursing specialization is the inevitable trend.
