Research Of YuLin Decoction To Improve Ovarian Function Based On The Physiological Aging Animal Models

Objective The study was to establish a stable and reliable DOR model of mice by physiological aging,and investigated the effect of YuLin Decoction on the endocrine function and histology of ovary of ovarian reserve declined mice,meanwhile,to look into the mechanism of action in ovary,to lay the foundation for the clinical study of YuLin Decoction.Methods Choose randomly 50 health elderly mice whose estrous cycle was disorganized as model mice.They were randomly divided into five groups:model group,DHEA group,Low,medium,high dosage groups of YuLin Decoction,in addition,7 normal young mice as normal group.All the mice were administrated by gavage for 40 days respectively.After 40 days,the mice’ ovaries were taken out when they were at proestrus,observing the histomorphology changes of ovaries,determining rice’ serum FSH,LH,FSH/LH,AMH levels by radioimmunoassay.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria to select 30 clinical are patients in groups,they were treated by YuLin Decoction for 3months.Compare the menstrual cycle and FSH,LH,E2,FSH/LH level changes of patients before and after.Results By physiological aging,the mice resulted in a decrease in ovarian reservation.Compared with the model group,the FSH,LH level of mice in high and medium dosage groups of YuLin Decoction and DHEA group were all markedly better(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the AMH level of mice in YuLin Decoction groups and DHEA group were better(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,ovary index of mice in high dosage group of YuLin Decoction were markedly higher(P<0.05).The number of development follicle of mice in medium,high dosage groups of YuLin Decoction had increased significantly(P<0.05).In clinic,the FSH,FSH/LH of patients were markedly better than the data before the treatment.Conclusion(1)YuLin Decoction can improve symptoms of model mice and restore the oestrous cycles.(2)YuLin Decoction can not only effectively improve serum FSH,LH and AMH level,but also can promote the growth and development of folliciles.(3)YuLin Decoction improve the ovarian reserve function.(4)In clinic,YuLin Decoction can improve ovarian function and increase the pregnancy rate.
