Study On The Status,Problems And Countermeasures Of General Practitioner’s Accountability

Family doctors responsibility system is combined by the government of grassroots health institutions to carry out a special system of medical and health service for residents in grass-roots community of women,children,elderly people,chronic patients,the disabled and vulnerable groups as the focus of the health care service object;Establish and improve the related disease treatment and prevention mechanism,with excellent family doctors to control the common diseases of community residents;For community residents in disease control scheme of the personal physical condition,to do a good job of grassroots people’s health care.The family doctor responsibility system based on perfect health care system,medical system reform plays an important role to our country.Current liability system of family doctors have been held across the country,but because of the country’s level of economic development,population distribution,relevant policy to carry out the situation of different influence factors such as regional family doctor system all have distinguishing feature each,the family doctor system still in experimental stage,the related policy is not perfect,the problems such as insufficient financial input medical model curing.Based on the theory of public product,life cycle theory,theory of social welfare,the method of literature research,questionnaire survey method,sum up and other research methods,in suzhou gusu area as an example to the family doctor responsibility system operation effectiveness research analysis and research,in reference to the United States,Canada "taking patients as the center" family doctor success experience.Combination of gusu district family doctor system implementation,analyzes the financial security is not in place,the community residents were not high,and tailor the increasing financial investment,enhance the promotion of effective countermeasures,such as combination of international experience and advanced management mode,the family doctor system in China’s long-term development countermeasures are put forward.
