The Expression Of Interleukin-17RA And Interleukin-17RC Of Patients With Nasal Polyps

Objectives:To study the expression and mechanism of IL-17RA IL-17RC in nasal polyps tissue,to provide a new idea of clinical target treatment of nasal polyps.Methods:All the tissues(30 patients with nasal polyps;10 patients with deviation with nasal septum)involved in the experiment were selected in the department of otolaryngology head and neck surgery in affiliated hospital of YanBian University.According to the results of hematoxylin-eosin staining,nasal polyps tissues can be classified in to two types:eosinophils endotype,non-eosinophils endotype.We collect 100mg tissue from each patient,and examined with ELISA to detect the expression of IL-17RA and IL-17RC in nasal polyps and middle turbinate mucosa in normal control.With nasal endoscopy and CT before operations and the corroboration of pathology after operations and without taking the steroids and antibiotics within four weeks,all patients are required to exclude systemic disease.These information here were statistically analyzed by SPSS 17.0.Results:1.There were 18 eosCRSwNPs cases(60%)and 12 non-eosCRSwNPs cases(40%)in nasal polyps patients.2.The expression of IL-17RA and IL-17RC in the nasal polyps group was significant higher than the control group(The concentration of IL-17RA in the nasal polyps is 48.33±6.16pg/ml,The concentration of IL-17RA in control group is 13.20±5.97pg/ml,the concentration of IL-17RC in the nasal polyps is 10717±210pg/ml,The concentration of IL-17RA in control group is 7076±31Opg/ml),there was significantly statistical diference between the nasal polyps groups and the control group respectively(P<0.05).3.The concentration of IL-17RA and IL-17RC in eosCRSwNPs group was higher than that of noneosCRSwNPs(The concentration of IL-17RA in the eosCRSwNPs is 64.49±5.20pg/ml,The concentration of IL-17RA in non-eosCRSwNPs is 24.10±7.12pg/ml,The concentration of IL-17RC in the eosCRSwNPs is 11377±250pg/ml,The concentration of IL-17RC in non-eosCRSwNPs is 9727±170pg/ml),there was significantly statistical difference between the nasal polyps groups and the control group respectively(P<0.05).Conclusions:IL-17RA and IL-17RC may have an important role in occurrence of nasal polyps,and over expression in nasal polyps.This theory can provide a new approach to the Treatment of nasal polyps.
