Clinical Study Of Electroacupuncture For Limb Swelling After Tibiofibular Fracture Operation

Objective:tibia and fibula fracture after internal fixation of limb swelling by Electroacupuncture of“Zusanli and Sanyinjiao”acupoints combined with Sodium Aescinate for treatment and Sodium Aescinate treatment were compared to observe the therapeutic effect of swelling,Investigate the effectiveness and safety of Electroacupuncture of "Zusanli and Sanyinjiao " acupoints combined with Sodium Aescinate,to provide evidence of evidence-based medicine of this treatment method in the clinical application and promotion.Methods:From March 2017 to February 2018,in the Department of orthopedics of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medicine University,40 patients who met the diagnostic criteria and the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the Doll’s grouping method.They were the treatment group and the control group,20 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated by electro acupuncture“Zusanli and Sanyinjiao”acupoints combined with Sodium Aescinate treatment,the control group was treated by Sodium Aescinate treatment,two group patients respectively on The first day after the operation and the 3、5、7days with swelling treatment were measure by the limb circumference of limb and the healthy limb the same level circumference;The first day after the operation,3、5、7 days of blood rheology examination,limb circumference respectively in two groups each time node were compared within two groups to evaluate the clinical curative effect.Results:The treatment group after 3 days of treatment in patients with limb circumference difference and swelling degree was statistically significant compared to the Pre swelling treatment(P<0.01),erythrocyte sedimentation rate and prothrombin time before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in plasma viscosity compeared with Pre swelling treatment(P>0.05);after treatment of 3days,the control group in patients with limb circumference,swelling degree,plasmavi scosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and ratio difference of prothrombin time and Pre swelling treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05);There was a statistically significant for the limb circumference in two groups after 3 days of treatment(P<0.01),The the swelling degree was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there were no statistical significance for the plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and prothrombin time difference(P>0.05).The treatment group after 5 days of treatment in patients with limb circumference,swelling degree,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and ratio difference of prothrombin time compared with Pre treatment which has a Significant significant(P<0.01);The control group 5 days after treatment in patients with limb circumference,plasma viscosity ratio,ESR,prothrombin time comparing with Pre treatment were statistical significance(P<0.05),The swelling degree comparing with Pre treatment was a statistically significant(P<0.01);The two groups after 5 days of treatment,the limb circumference and swelling degree of difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was a statistically significant for plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate compared with the control group(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the two groups of prothrombin time(P>0.05).The treatment group after 7 days of treatment in patients with limb circumference,swelling ratio,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and prothrombin time compared with Pre treatment were statistically significant(P<0.01);The control group after 7days of treatment in patients with limb circumference,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,prothrombin time compared with Pre treatment were statistical significance(P<0.05),the swelling degree compared with Pre treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01);the treatment after 7 days of limb circumference,swelling ratio,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and prothrombin time differences in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:the tibia and fibula fracture after internal fixation of limb swelling by Electroacupuncture of“Zusanli and Sanyinjiao”acupoints therapy can promote swelling subsided,improve blood rheology,it is the effectively treatment method after internal fixation of limb swelling.
