Study On The Protective Effect Of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection On Myocardial Inhibition In Patients With Septic Shock

Purpose At present,the incidence of septic shock is relatively high,and the mortality rate increases when the heart and other important organs are involved.Timely and appropriate intervention can increase the survival rate of patients with septic shock.In this study,the effects of shenqi fuzheng injection on cardiac function and inflammation in patients with septic shock were observed to explore whether shenqi fuzheng injection can improve myocardial inhibition in septic shock and thus reduce the mortality.MethodsIn the period from September 2016 to September 2018,122 patients with septic shock admitted to the emergency intensive care unit(EIC U)of our hospital were included,and24 patients who did not meet the criteria were excluded.The remaining 98 patients,including 54 males and 44 females.The subjects were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine treatments such as anti-infection,fluid resuscitation,vasoactive drug,and protection and support of important organs.The experimental group added Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on the basis of routine treatment,which was given intravenously once aday at a dose of 250 ml.The gender,age,source of infection,and SOFA score of patients when admission to hospital were compared by statistical methods.The serum hypersensitivity troponin(hs-Tn I),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),procalcitonin(PCT),white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil percentage(NEUT)levels of the two groups on the first,third,seventh,and tenth day in hospital was compared.The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVDd)and left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVDs)of the two groups of patients on the first day of admission and the seventh day of treatment were compared,as well as the survival conditions of the two groups of patients on 28 days.In order to investigate whether Shenqi Fuzheng injection can improve the cardiac function and affect the prognosis in patients with myocardial depression induced by septic shock.Results1.Comparison of serum cardiac function results: After 10 days of treatment,hs-Tn I,CK-MB and BNP level decreased significantly compared with the first day of admission,which was statistically significant(P<0.05)in two groups.And compared with the control group,the patients in the experimental group had a greater decline,which has statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of serum inflammation indicators results: There was no significant difference in serum PCT,WBC and NEUT between the exper imental group and the control group on the 1st,3rd,7th and 10 th day(P>0.05).3.Comparison of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound results: After 7 days of treatment,LVEF was increased in both the control group and the experimental group,and there was a statistically significant difference compared with the first day(P<0.05),and LVEF in the experimental group was increased more,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).LVDd and LVDs in both groups were decreased on the 7th day of treatment,and there were statistically significant differences compared with that on the 1st day(P<0.05).However,compared with the control group,LVDd and LVDs decreased significantly in the experimental group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of 28-day case fatality rates:The experimental group had 11 deaths in 28 days,and the control group had 25 deaths in 28 days.There was a significant difference in the 28-day mortality between the two groups,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions1.Shenqi Fuzheng injectio n may accelerate the recovery of cardiac function and protect cardiac function in patients with myocardial inhibition induced by septic shock.2.Shenqi Fuzheng injection used in patients with sepsis may have the effect of reducing inflammation.3.Shenqi Fuzheng injection in patients with sepsis myocardial inhibition may be can reduce 28-day mortality and improve the prognosis.
