The Effects Of Anti-SFRP2 Monoclonal Antibody On Cell Proliferation And Migration Of SNU349 Cells

Objective To investigate the expressions of SFRP2 in clear cell carcinoma(cc RCC)and to explore the effect of anti SFRP2 monoclonal antibody(SFRP2 m Ab)on renal cell carcinoma SNU349 cells in proliferation and migration.Methods The expressions of SFRP2 were detected by Significance Analysis of Microarrays(SAM)from E-GEOD-53757 dataset and q RT-PCR in 37 cases of cc RCC and 10 cases of adjacent normal renal tissue.The proliferation and migration of cc RCC SNU349 cells were detected by MTT assay and the scratch test administration with different concentrations of SFRP2 m Ab.Results SFRP2 was detected highly expressed in some samples of human cc RCC tissues.SFRP2 m Ab inhibit the proliferation and migration of the cc RCC SNU349 cells with dose correlation(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of SFRP2 were higher in some cases of cc RCC and the SFRP2 m Ab can effectively inhibit the proliferation and migration of SNU349 cells in vitro which indicate the possibility of the SFRP2 to be a promising therapeutic target.
