Objective: Analysis on the common sub-type clinical and pathological characteristics and prognostic factors of non-clear cell renal cell carcinoma. Methods:Retrospective analysis From January 2003 to December 2017,our hospital admitted 115 patients who have pathologically diagnosed common sub-type non-clear cell renal cell carcinoma.Including 67 males and 48 females. The sexual ratio is 1.4:1.The average age is(51.22±13.426).There are 71 asymptomatic renal cancer and 44 patients with clinical symptoms which include 10 patients with gross hematuria,28 patients with backache,4patients with gross hematuria and backache,2 patients with abdominal lump.49 patients had open operation,66 patients have laparoscopic operation.58 patients underwent radical nephrectomy,57 patients underwent partial nephrectomy.Among those 115 patients, there are 17 patients(14.9%)have abnormal haemoglobin,22 patients(19.1%)have abnormal platelet count,18 patients(15.7%)have abnormal alkaline phosphatase,16 patients(13.9%)have abnormal lactate dehydrogenase.Apply the K-M survival analysis to count the survival rate of patients, and the Cox proportional regression risk model to analyze the prognostic factors. Results: Postoperative pathological stage present as 57 cases of T1 a stage,38 cases of T1 b stage,12 cases of T2 a stage and 8 cases of T2 b stage.2 cases of positive regional lymph node,113 cases of negative,There is no distant metastasis.Pathological type include 42 cases of chromophobe cell carcinoma of kidney,37 cases of papillary renal cell cancer type I,36 cases of type II.The average follow-up time was38.58 months The lost rate of follow-up was 3.49%(4/115).The survival rate of 115 patients with common subtype non-clear cell renal cell carcinoma were 99.1% to 1 year,95.8% to 3 years and 81.1% to 5 years respectively.Multiple Cox regression analysisfound that the pathological type(OR=4.625,P=0.014),four indexes?3 anomalies(OR=30.853,P=0.024)and the lymphatic metastasis(OR=35.663,P=0.006)are the independent factors for the survival time of those patients with common subtype non-clear cell renal cell carcinoma. Conclusion: Compared with papillary renal cell cancer type I and renal chromophobe cell cancer,The malignant degree of papillary renal cell cancer type II is higher and the prognosis is worse. The pathological type, four indexes?3anomalies and the lymphatic metastasis of the common subtype non-clear cell renal cell carcinoma are the independent prognostic factors for the total survival rate.Comprehensive analysis of the four indexes of hemoglobin, platelet count, alkaline phosphatase and lactate dehydrogenase etc.The guidance of patients and the choice of follow-up method. All above can increase the survival benefits of the patients.
