Redesignonthe Performance Managementof Core Doctorsinspecializationstrategy In JD Private Dental Hospital

After decades of development,competitions among private medical institutions and public hospitals are becoming increasingly fierce.The competition of medical institution ultimately is the competition of medical technology,the competition of talent,even more the competition of human resource management.And in human resource management system,performance management plays the core role.From the specialization strategy of JD private dental hospital(hereinafter short for JD hospital),combining the characteristics of strategy,performance management theory,the features of doctors’ professional development,this paper analyzed the problems in current performance management system of JD hospital and the impact of the hospital strategy implementation,the satisfactions of core doctors and patients and the benefit of hospital,by questionnaire and interview.Based on the analysis results and the principle of integrity,adaptability principle and incentive rules,this paper improved the design of the performance management of core doctors in using strategic decomposition,Balanced Score Card and some other tools,to improve the level of the performance management in JD hospital,to solve problems in specialization strategy development effectively,and to achieve the strategic objectives as soon as possible.This paper enriched the performance management theory of medical staff in private medical institutions,by constructing a performance management system based on specialization strategy and the actual situation.This study helps the developing private medical institutions to run a scientific and effective performance management by according to strategic needs and the analysis of issues and let them coordinate with public hospitals to improve our health care system.
