| Objective: According to the pathogenesis of cough in children with phlegm-heat injury-Jin syndrome,the clinical efficacy of Xinfen Qingfei Granule in the treatment of children was systematically studied,and the mechanism of action of Xinfen Qingfei Granule was discussed and evaluated.Methods: Sixty children who met the diagnostic criteria for children with acute bronchitis in Western medicine and cough,sputum and heat injury in traditional Chinese medicine were divided into treatment groups(30 cases)by digital random grouping method,and Xinfen Qingfei granule was given in the control group(30 cases).The three snake gallbladder syrup was given orally.The two groups took 5 days as a course of treatment.After the treatment,the clinical efficacy was compared and the clinical efficacy of Xinfen Qingfei granule was evaluated scientifically and objectively.Results:(1)The total effective rate was 96.67% in the treatment group and 83.33% in the control group.The total effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).(2)The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving all symptoms and signs of phlegm-heat injury syndrome in children with acute bronchitis(P<0.05),and the two groups had the same effect in terms of secondary symptoms(P>0.05).(3)During the treatment period,there were no adverse effects in both groups.Conclusion: Xinfen Qingfei Granule is a very useful prescription for the treatment of phlegm-heat injury with Jin syndrome.It has high safety and can be applied in clinic. |
