| Objective:The purpose of this subject is to observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qingfei Pingchuan granule of acute children capillary bronchitis(syndrome of wind-heat invading the lung),and to supplement and perfect the part of theoretical basis that Qingfei Pingchuan granule treats children capillary bronchitis(syndrome of wind-heat invading the lung),besides,to provide effective treatment method for the treatment of acute children capillary bronchitis with traditional Chinese medicine and to further optimize the treatment plan.Methods:72 cases,diagnosed as children capillary bronchitis(syndrome of wind-heat invading the lung),and met the the inclusion criteria of Chinese medicine and western medicine,were collected.They were randomly divided into two groups: study group(36 cases)treated with Qingfei Pingchuan granule,the control group(36 cases)treated with Xiaoer Feire Kechua granule,the two groups were all treated 7days.By observing the change of two groups of clinical symptoms and signs,before and after treatment to determine the difference of efficacy between the two groups.Results:(1)Two groups of clinical symptomatic scores after treatment were all lower significantly than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group descend more obviously than the control group(P<0.05).(2)In terms of the efficacy of syndromes,the total efficiency of treatment group is 94.29%,the control group is 73.53%,we can know the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Qingfei Pingchuan granule can effectively treat children capillary bronchitis(syndrome of wind-heat invading the lung),and therapeutic effect was significantly better than the Xiaoer Feire Kechua granule.(2)Qingfei Pingchuan granule is less side effect,security and worth to be popularized and applied. |
