| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jiedu Yishen decoction on IgA Nephropathy due to deficiency of spleen and kidney qi and heat toxin,to provide basis for future clinical study and to provide a new method for treatment of IgA Nephropathy.Methods: In this paper,60 cases of qualified cases were collected in the outpatient and ward of the nephrology department of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Shandong Province,and the cases were randomly divided into the test group and the control group,each group was 30 cases,and the control group was treated by the conventional western medicine.The test group was given a detoxification and kidney-tonifying decoction on the basis of the control group,and the course of treatment was 8 weeks.The relationship between the clinical effect of 24 H urinary protein,the red blood cell count,the symptoms and the curative effect of the pharynx,the integral and the curative effect of the TCM syndrome,the difference between the comprehensive clinical curative effect and the effect of the comprehensive clinical curative effect and the symptoms of the pharynx were observed and the safety evaluation was also made.Results: The complete data of 59 patients were collected in this study,including 29 cases in the trial group and 30 cases in the control group.The comprehensive clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared after the trial.The effective rate of the trial group was 79.3%,and the effective rate of the control group was 60.0%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The curative effect of TCM symptoms in the two groups was compared.The effective rate was 89.6 in the experimental group and 66.7 in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared with the laboratory indexes(24H urine protein quantity and urine sediment red blood cell count),the improvement of the test group was better than that of the control group.In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The correlation between the curative effect of pharynx symptom and the comprehensive clinical curative effect showed that the curative effect of pharynx symptom was significantly and positively correlated with the comprehensive clinical curative effect.There were no adverse reactions in both groups and all vital signs were stable.Conclusion: Jiedu Yishen decoction is effective in treating spleen-kidney qi deficiency,heat poisoning and pharyngeal IgA nephropathy.It can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,especially pharynx symptoms,reduce the quantity of 24 H urinary protein and the count of red blood cells in urine sediment,and has no adverse reaction,and is safe and reliable. |
