Study Of Yixintong Capsule Combined With Nicorandil In The Treatment Of Coronary Microcirculation Disorder After PCI

Objective: In this study,patients with coronary microcirculation disorder who applied Yixintong capsule together with Nikodil after PCI were compared with patients with Nikodil alone by observing the use of Yixintong capsule combined with Nikodir.Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yixintong capsule combined with Nikodil in the treatment of coronary microcirculation disorder after PCI.methods: 76 cases of coronary heart disease with slow blood flow or no recirculation after PCI were selected.Random divided into experimental group 40 cases,control group 36 cases.The experimental group gave the Chinese medicine Yixintong capsule 4 tablets + Nicorandil5 mg tid oral administration,and the control group gave Nicorandil 5mg tid oral administration;Treatment for 24 weeks.Before and after the treatment,electrocardiogram,liver,renal function,IMR(microcirculation resistance),adiponectin(APN),hypersensitive-C reactive protein(hs-CRP),and the number,duration,and degree of anginapectoris were regularly observed.And the improvement of TCM symptoms.The clinical effect was evaluated and its safety and efficacy were observed.Results:After clinical research,it was found that the experimental group was more obvious than the control group in the improvement of TCM symptoms and clinical efficacy of angina pectoris(P< 0.05);In the improvement of electrocardiogram,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05);The IMR(microcyclic resistance index)test group was significantly lower than the control group(P > 0.01);The adiponectin(APN)test group was significantly higher than the control group(P< 0.01).The hypersensitivity-C reactive protein(hs-CRP)test group was significantly lower than the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion: this study found that Yixintong capsule combined with Nicorandilin improving the clinical study of coronary microcirculation disorder(chest palsy pain disease-Qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome)after PCI surgery,Nicorandilalone has a more obvious effect.
