| Object: To explore the correlation between TCM syndrome types and coronary lesions in patients with coronary heart disease and H-type hypertension. Methods:Retrospective analysis of 256 patients with hypertension who underwent coronary angiography in our hospital,Grouped according to blood homocysteine levels,CAG results, and TCM syndrome types,to research the characteristics of coronary lesions and distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome types in each group.Result: 1.There were significant differences in DBP and TG between H-type hypertension group and pure hypertension group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in gender, age,BMI and alcohol history and so on(P>0.05).The positive rate of CAG was higher than that of pure hypertension group(P<0.05).2.The number of coronary artery lesions involved in CHD combined with H-type hypertension group was mainly multi-vessel lesions, with the least single vessel lesions;the degree of stenosis was mainly moderate stenosis and mild stenosis was the least;Gensini score was higher than that in CHD combined with H-type hypertension group, except for severe stenosis, there was no significant difference(P>0.05).3.There were significant differences in the number of branches involved in coronary artery lesions between the four groups(P<0.05),including heart-blood stasis syndrome type,Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome type,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome type and phlegm blocking heart-pulse syndrome type(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in the degree of stenosis(P>0.05).Gensini score ranked from high to low: phlegm blocking heart pulse syndrome type group > Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome type group > heart blood stasis syndrome type group > qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome type group, the differencewas statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Patients with type H hypertension have a higher morbidity of CHD,and the degree of coronary artery disease is more serious after CHD.2.CHD with H-type hypertension has the closest relationship with TCM syndrome and phlegm. It is an important cause of the disease, blood stasis throughout the disease. |
