The Clinical Research Of Knee Pain Prescription On The Therapy Of Liver-kidney Dual Vacuity Syndrome Of Early And Middle Knee Osteoarthritis

Purposes: To observe the clinical research of knee pain prescription on the therapy of liver-kidney dual vacuity syndrome of early and middle knee osteoarthritis,andexplore the possible mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine therapy in the treatment of liver-kidney dual vacuity syndrome of early and middle knee osteoarthritis,which for providing a simple and nonoperative treatment for the drug treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Materials and methods: From May 2018 to December 2018,in the outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,patients with liver-kidney dual vacuity syndrome of middle-aged and elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected.For the current clinical study,60 patients were selected,the age range was 45 to 70 years old,and the gender was not limited.According to the order of treatment,60 patients were divided into treatment group and control group by completely randomized test.30 patients in each group.The treatment group was given knee pain prescription with Gubao capsules,and the control group took Gubao capsules for 2 weeks as a course of treatment.The two groups treated a total of 3 courses.The course of treatment was the time of information collection,and the clinical indicators before treatment were compared,including The knee joint pain degree,joint restriction degree,waist and knee soreness,TCM symptom,VAS score and WOMAC score were compared.Results: After treatment,the treatment group of oral knee pain prescription and the control group of oral Gubao capsule were compared with the knee joint pain degree,joint restriction degree,waist and knee soreness degree,VAS score and WOMAC score before treatment.All of them improved(P<0.05),but the effect of oral knee pain was more obvious.In the overall symptomatic efficacy,the total effective rate of the two groups was different(P<0.05),and the treatment group(93.33%)was superior to the control group(76.67%).Conclusion: The prescription based on the prescription of the knee pain prescription has obvious effects on the three main symptoms of knee joint pain,joint restriction degree and waist and knee soreness in patients with knee osteoarthritis in the early and middle stage of liver-kidney dual vacuity syndrome.The party has the characteristics of rigorous science and significant curative effect,suggesting that theknee pain prescription is worthy of clinical application.
