| Objective:By observing the effects of Guan-needling and conventional needling on knee pain and stiffness, range of motion and daily activities of KOA patients, this paper objectively evaluates the difference of curative effect between the two needling methods, and preliminarily explores the mechanism of Guan-needling in the treatment of KOA,which lays a foundation for the clinical application of the classical needling method and provides a new scheme for the clinical treatment of KOA.Method:The study followed the principle of randomization and randomization.A total of 60 patients who met the requirements of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups, namely, the spur group and the conventional acupuncture group. Each group of 30 patients. The Guanshen group was treated with the needle-punching method. The external knee, the inner knee, the Yangling spring, the Yinling spring, the blood sea,and the Liangqiu six points were selected, and the outer knee and the inner knee were respectively The ligament direction is 1 to 1.5 inches straight, and Yanglingquan and Yinlingquan respectively puncture the biceps tendon 1 to1.5 inches, and Xuehai and Liangqiu spur 1 to 1.5 inches in the direction of the quadriceps tendon. The thorn process should avoid bleeding and leave the needle for 30 minutes. The conventional acupuncture group was selected from the same acupuncture points in the Guanshi group, and the straight acupuncture was 0.5 to 1.2inch,once a day for treatment,6 times for a course of treatment, and 1 day for a course of treatment, for a total of 2 courses of treatment. After the end of treatment, the pain visual analogue scale(VAS),Japanese knee osteoarthritis functional score scale(JKOM),and joint mobility were compared between the two groups.Objectively evaluate the two acupuncture methods for knee osteology. The difference in the efficacy ofarthritis.Result:1.Comparison of visual analogue scale(VAS)scores between the two groups: There was no significant difference in the VAS scores between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05).The two groups were compared before and after treatment. The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the comparison between groups was also statistically significant(p<0.05).It is suggested that both acupuncture methods can improve the knee pain symptoms in KOA patients, and the acupuncture needle method is superior to the conventional acupuncture method in relieving pain.2.Comparison of JKOM scores of knee osteoarthritis in both groups:There was no significant difference in JKOM scores between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05),and they were comparable before and after treatment. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05).3.Comparison of knee joint activity between the two groups: There was no significant difference in the joint mobility between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05).The two groups were compared before and after treatment.Differences(p<0.05);there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(p<0.01),suggesting that the Guanping group is superior to the conventional acupuncture group in improving knee joint mobility.4.The effective rate of the two groups was 86.67%,and the total effective rate of the conventional acupuncture group was 73.33%.After treatment, the two groups were compared,p<0.05,with statistical difference.Conclusion:1.Both Guan needling and conventional needling are effective in treating knee osteoarthritis.Acupuncture can improve pain, functional limitation and stiffness discomfort in patients with knee osteoarthritis.2.Compared with conventional acupuncture,Guan-needling method has more obvious effect on relieving pain and stiffness of knee joint and improving the activity of knee joint. |
