Clinical Study Of Pixiao Granule No.1 Recipe In The Treatment Of Non-alcoholic Steatitis With Damp-heat In The Resistance-type

Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of Pixiao Granule no.1 recipe in treating non-alcoholic steatohepatitis with damp-heat in the resistance-type,and to explore its possible mechanism of action,so as to provide a safe and effective TCM treatment scheme for clinical use.Methods: 80 cases of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis that met the inclusion criteria were divided into experimental group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to the completely random distribution principle.The experimental group was given Pixiao Granule no.1 recipe,and the control group was given Qiang Gan capsule orally,with one course of treatment for 4 weeks and two courses of treatment.To observe the changes of TCM symptoms,signs,liver transaminase,blood lipid and liver color doppler ultrasound before and after treatment.Results: after two courses of treatment(8 weeks),the clinical indexes of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.5%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(75%).The total effective rate of Pixiao Granule no.1 recipe was up to 95%,which was obviously better than the total effective rate of 85% in the control group.In terms of liver transaminase,blood lipid and liver color doppler ultrasound,the post-treatment comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly superior to the control group.The BIM of the two groups was analyzed and compared after treatment(P>0.05),which showed no significant improvement compared with the control group.In terms of TCM syndromes,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05)in improving the symptoms of fatigue,eating less to stay,dry mouth,heavy body sleepiness and abdominal distension.However,there was no significant statistical significance in the symptoms of mouth pain,depressed annoyed and sticky stool(P>0.05).Conclusion: Pixiao Granule no.1 recipe has a good clinical effect on non-alcoholic steatohepatitis of damp-heat in the resistance-type,which can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,improve the examination and laboratory indicators of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
