Clinical Study Of Bushenhuoxue Decoction In The Treatment Of Recurrent Abortion With Anticardiolipin Antibody Positive For Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets and prednisone acetate tablets in the treatment of recurrent abortion with anti-cardiolipin antibody positive for kidney deficiency and blood stasis,and to provide a safer and more effective method for the clinical treatment of recurrent abortion with immunity.Methods: Choose between March 2017 and December 2018 in shandong provincial hospital regions during outpatient and obstetrics and gynecology clinic on anti cardiolipin antibody positive,syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine for kidney blood of 64 patients with recurrent miscarriage,asked the 64 cases of patients were before pregnancy,and chromosomal abnormalities were excluded,genital tract malformation,endocrine abnormalities and infection,and other causes.Randomly divided into two groups: control group of 32 cases,given aspirin enteric-coated tablets and prednisone acetate tablets oral treatment,only menstrual discontinuation;In the observation group,32 patients were treated with bushen huoxue decoction combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets and prednisone acetate tablets orally.Bushen huoxue decoction was taken orally on the 5th to 16 th day of the menstrual cycle.The administration methods ofaspirin enteric-coated tablets and prednisone acetate tablets were the same as the control group.The two groups of patients were strictly contraceptive during the treatment,with one menstrual cycle as one treatment course and three consecutive treatment courses.The TCM syndrome score,ACA level changes and adverse reactions during medication were compared and analyzed between the two groups before and after treatment for 1 course,2 courses and 3 courses.Results: Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndromes,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(p<0.05).TCM syndrome points were compared between the control group and the observation group before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).After three courses of treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.01).Before and after treatment,the syndrome points of the observation group were significantly different from those of the treatment group(1 course,2 courses and 3 courses)(p<0.01).In the control group,the syndrome points before treatment were compared with the treatment of 1 course,2 courses and 3 courses respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).ACA-Ig G efficacy comparison showed statistically significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05).Comparison of ACA-Ig G titer value showed no significant difference between the observation group and the control group before treatment(p>0.05).After 3 courses,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.01).Intra-group comparison,the difference between the observation group and the treatment group before the treatment of 1 course,2 courses,3 courses of treatment was statistically significant(p<0.01);The difference between the control group and the control group before treatment was statistically significant(p<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment was statistically significant(p<0.01).Conclusion: The effect of bushen huoxue decoction on improving the symptomof kidney deficiency and blood stasis was obvious.Bushen huoxue decoction can enhance the curative effect.Combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets and prednisone acetate tablets,it can obviously promote the reduction of aca-igg concentration.Compared with western medicine alone,Chinese medicine combined with western medicine has the advantages of quick onset,good efficacy,and small side effects.
