| Objective:To discuss the function of tumor necroses factor a in leading to Polycystic ovary syndrome by researching the changes of apoptosis rates of ovarian granular cells and concentration of tumor necroses factor a in the serum of the molded SD rats, and deliberate the effect of tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation in traditional Chinese medicine on Polycystic ovary syndrome by the intervention of the Chinese medicine which can tonify kidney and activate blood circulation.Methods:Choosing the rat models of Polycystic ovary syndrome which are guided by letrozole as the object of study, compare the changes between the model set and normal set of apoptosis rates of ovarian granular cells by the DNA nucleic acids transferase mediated at the end of the labeling technique and the concentration of tumor necroses factor a in the serum by the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Then intervene with the Chinese medicine which can tonify kidney and activate blood circulation and again compare the changes between the model set and normal set of apoptosis rates of ovarian granular cells by the DNA nucleic acids transferase mediated at the end of the labeling technique and the concentration of tumor necroses factor a in the serum by the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Results:As for the molded rats guide by letrozole, there is a significant increase in the apoptosis rates of ovarian granular cells and the concentration of tumor necrosis factor a. With the intervention of the Chinese medicine which can tonify kidney and activate blood circulation, both the rates and the concentration significantly falls.Conclusions:There is a significant increase in the apoptosis rates of ovarian granular cells and the concentration of tumor necrosis factor a as for the rat models, which is probably connected to chronic inflammation. Both the rates and the concentration significantly falls after the intervention of the Chinese medicine indicates that these medicine has a certain positive influence in the Polycystic ovary syndrome. |
