Clinical Study Of Jiuweibugan Granules Combined With Entecavir In The Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitis B With Deficiency Of Qi And Yin

Purpose:By observing the clinical effect of jiuweibugan granules combined with entecavir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis b,this paper aims to seek new methods and ideas for the clinical treatment of chronic hepatitis b.Methods:Sixty cases of chronic hepatitis b with deficiency of qi and Yin were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,30 cases each group.Patients in the experimental group were treated with jiuweibugan granules combined with entecavir.The control group was treated with entecavir.The total course of treatment is 12 weeks.The improvement of symptoms,signs,biochemistry and virology in the two groups were observed.Results: Both groups were treated for 12 weeks,during which no case was terminated.1.The comprehensive curative effect: The comprehensive effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 83.33% and 63.33%,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Clinical syndrome: Total points in both groups were significantly reduced after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.3.Liver function: The number of ALT,AST and TBIL in the two groups decreased compared with that before,the number of ALB and PALB both increased,but the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).4.Hbs Ag、HBe Ag:The quantitative decrease of two indexes by more than1/2 is significant,and the quantitative decrease of two indexes by more than 1/3 and less than 1/2 is effective.After treatment,the effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 86.67% and 63.33%,respectively,and the experimental group was superior to the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).5.HBV-DNAquantitative: After treatment,the effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 93.3% and 80% respectively,and the experimental group was superior to the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).6.Immune-related indicators: CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ values were increased and CD8+ values were decreased in both groups,and the experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).7.Abdominal b-ultrasound: After treatment,the effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 6.67% and 3.33% respectively,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).8.Safety-related indicators: There were no significant abnormal changes in blood routine,renal function and other indicators before and after treatment in the two groups.Conclusion: Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome is an important pathogenesis of chronic hepatitis b,and qiyin-nourishing therapy is an important treatment for chronic hepatitis b.The treatment of chronic hepatitis b with prescription of nourishing qi and yin(Jiuweibugan granules)is effective in improving symptoms,biochemistry,virology and immunity,and has good safety.
