| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of aphasia in the acute stage of cerebral ischemic stroke(syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis),which treats by Chang xiong jieyu soup.Methods:In this study,60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group 30,the other 30 in control group.The control group was given routine treatment of Western Medicine Department of internal medicine;on the basis of the treatment group,the treatment group was added to take out the Chang xiong jieyu soup,After the two groups treated for four weeks,observed language function score,NIHSS score,TCM syndrome score.Results:1.Evaluation of aphasia efficacy: the total effective rate in the experimental group was 90%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 73.3%.There is statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Both groups were able to increase the score of speech function,the different between before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01).The difference between the experimental group and the control group after treatment was also statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Nerve function defect curative effect comparison: the efficiency of the treatment group was 96.7%,the control group was 83.3%,the treatment group was more efficient than the control group.3.Comparison of TCM syndrome curative effect: the efficiency of the treatment group was 100%,the control group was 83.3%,There is statistically significant difference(P<0.05),it illustrated the treatment group was more efficient than the control group.4.Two groups of patients during the medication did not appear adverse reactions,not due to adverse events and stop medication.Conclusion: Chang xiong jieyu soup is effective in treating aphasia in the acute stage of cerebral ischemic stroke,and it can improve the clinical symptoms,promote the recovery of neurological function,improve life quality without toxic side effects,therefore it is worthy of further clinical promotion. |
