Objective:In this study, clinical observation and clinical optimization of acupuncture combined with drugs for acute ischemic stroke(AIS)and blood stasis syndrome were evaluated. Objective evaluation of acupuncture combined with Chinese and Western medical methods to improve clinical efficacy and improve TCM symptoms and nerves. The role of functional impairment, improvement of activities of daily living, etc.,and the establishment of an optimized combination of acupuncture and medicine for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke and blood stasis syndrome. Methods:According to the random number table method,170 patients with AIS blood stasis syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into Western medicine routine+acupuncture treatment group(group A)and western medicine routine+acupuncture treatment+oral Chinese medicine decoction group(group B).Western medicine routine+acupuncture treatment+Chinese medicine injection group(group C),Western medicine routine+acupuncture treatment+Chinese medicine external treatment method(group D),respectively, four groups of patients were observed before treatment and 10 days after treatment Efficacy score,TCM symptom score,NIHSS score,ADL score(MBI),observed changes in scores, and evaluated the clinical efficacy of four groups of AIS blood stasis syndrome patients under different treatment regimens. The safety of the patients during the treatment was evaluated by observing the four tests, blood routine, liver and kidney function, myocardial enzymes, coagulation routine, and electrocardiogram of the four groups of patients. Results:Four groups of patients achieved certain effects after treatment. In terms of clinical efficacy,Western medicine routine+acupuncture+Chinese medicine injection group was the most effective, the total effective rate was 97.56%;four groups of patients after treatment symptom score,NIHSS score lower than before treatment,Western medicine routine+acupuncture treatment+Chinese medicine The decrease of injection was the most obvious, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the improvement of daily living activities, the improvement of Western medicine routine+acupuncture treatment+Chinese medicine injection group was the most obvious, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There were no major adverse events during the treatment of the patients, and they all had good safety. Conclusion:The four treatments have achieved certain curative effects.Among them,Western medicine routine+acupuncture treatment+Danhong injection has significant effects in improving the overall clinical efficacy of AIS,blood stasis syndrome, improving TCM symptoms and neurological deficits, and improving daily living activities.
