Clinical Observation Of Baihe Dihuang Jieyu Decoction Combined With Five Elements Music In The Treatment Of Post-stroke Depression(Yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective: Taking the patients with post-stroke depression(Yin deficiency and blood stasis type)as the research object and Baihe Dihuang Jieyu Decoction combined with five elements Music therapy as the intervention means,the clinical data of the two groups were collected and collated,and the Chinese medicine Wuyin group was compared with the control group.The clinical efficacy and principle of Baihe Dihuang Jieyu Decoction combined with five elements Music in the treatment of post-stroke depression(Yin deficiency and blood stasis type)were summarized and analyzed.To find new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods: Ninety-six patients with post-stroke depression who met the experimental criteria were randomly divided into control group and Chinese medicine Wuyin group,48 in each group.In the control group,sertraline hydrochloride was used as an antidepressant on the basis of routine drugs for stroke,and in the Wuyin group,Baihe Dihuang Jieyu Decoction combined with five elements Music was given on the basis of routine drugs for stroke.The two groups were scored by Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)24 items,Fugl-Meyer Scale and TCM Syndrome Scale before and after treatment,respectively.The changes of scale scores before and after treatment and between the two groups were compared to observe the curative effect and analyze.Results: A total of 90 qualified cases were collected,including 44 cases in Wuyin group and 46 cases in control group.After treatment,the scores of the two groups were improved in varying degrees compared with before treatment.There were differences in 24 items of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Fugl-Meyer Scale and TCM Syndrome Scale(P<0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment,the clinical improvement level of Chinese medicine Wuyin group was better than that of the control group in 24 items of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Fugl-Meyer Scale.In TCM Syndrome Scale,Chinese medicine Wuyin group had difficulty in falling asleep,waking up early,loss of appetite,palpitation,headache or dizziness,weight loss,night sweating,five-hearted fever,deafness and tinnitus,waist and knee.Compared with the control group,the effects of acidity,weakness of stool and numbness of limbs were obvious(P<0.05),with statistical differences.Conclusion: Baihe Dihuang Jieyu Decoction combined with five elements Music can significantly improve the depressive mood of patients with post-stroke depression,enhance the ability of limb movement,significantly improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the rehabilitation effect of patients.Providing new ideas for the treatment of post-stroke depression.
