Clinical Study Of Changzhi Huanglian Wendan Decoction In The Treatment Of Insomnia With Phlegm-heat Internal Disturbance Syndrome After Ischemic Stroke

Objective: To observe the effect of Changzhi Huanglian Wendan Decoction on insomnia after ischemic stroke,and to provide evidence for the clinical promotion of this decoction,so as to broaden the thinking of TCM in the treatment of such diseases.Methods:60 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into two groups: 30 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group.The two groups had the same basic treatment,the experimental group was treated with Changzhi Huanglian Wendan Decoction,and the control group was treated with alprazolam tablets.The treatment duration of the two groups was 4 weeks,and the changes of sleep improvement,TCM syndrome score and PSQI scale score before and after the treatment were observed to evaluate the efficacy.Results: Treatment in both groups could effectively reduce patients’ PSQI scale score and TCM syndrome score,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the experimental group was superior to the control group.Comparative analysis of the total clinical efficacy showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the experimental group was superior to the control group.Conclusion: Changzhi Huanglian Wendan Decoction has a significant therapeutic effect on insomnia with phlegm-heat internal disturbance syndrome after ischemic stroke,which can alleviate insomnia symptoms and is worthy of clinical promotion.
