Research On Objectification Of TCM Syndrome Differentiation Of Tinnitus Based On The Theory Of Organs And Organs

Objective:Based on literature research and expert questionnaires,a clinical data acquisition scale for the diagnosis of tinnitus syndromes was developed and used in clinical research to explore the characteristics of tinnitus patients,summarize the typical symptoms of different types of tinnitus,summarize the distribution law of tinnitus syndromes and the main and secondary organs syndrome differentiation,lay the foundation for the study of tinnitus syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Through literature research,combined with the theoretical knowledge of tinnitus in TCM,an expert consultation paper was developed.Screening common syndromes and related syndromes database to form a clinical information collection table for diagnosis of tinnitus syndromes;using statistical methods such as discrete trend method,Cronbach coefficient method and factor analysis method,416 patients with tinnitus were investigated by clinical information collection form.To analyze the characteristics of the sick people and their symptoms and symptoms.Results:1.Literature research and clinical investigation have established seven typical syndromes and related item pools of tinnitus.According to the frequency of clinical occurrence,they are kidney essence deficiency,liver and gallbladder Qi depression,Spleen-Qi weakness,liver and kidney insufficiency,biliary-stomachdiscord,exogenous pathogens attacking the lung,heart and vein stasis.2.Tinnitus is common in the elderly.The incidence of female is slightly higher than that of male.3.There are three common risk factors for tinnitus:staying up late,smoking and drinking habi ts,and emotional factors.Uncontrol led diet is a long-term potential cause of tinnitus.Conclusion:Expert questionnaire survey(Delphi method)is an important method to establish diagnostic criteria.The cl ini cal information collection table of TCM syndromes diagnosis of tinnitus established by the study is beneficial to standardization of clinical syndrome differentiation of tinni tus.Clinical investigation found that tinnitus is the result of mult iple organs,which is most closely related to the kidney,liver and spleen,while the incidence of tinnitus caused by lung and heart is rel atively small.The change of five elements and six elements is an important factor affecting the occurrence and development of tinnitus,and is another entry point to improve the curative effect of tinnitus.The differentiation of tinnitus can not be divided mechanically,but should be based on the principle of practice.
