| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tuhuai Yin in treating psoriasis vulgaris with blood-heat syndrome.At the same time,the dermoscopic signs of patients before and after treatment,such as the diameter of dilated blood vessels,the density of blood vessels and the color change of dermoscopic background,were observed,and its mechanism was preliminarily analyzed.Methods:Sixty patients with blood-heat syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups,30 in each group.Treatment group:Compound Tuhuai Yin,diammonium glycyrrhizinate enteric-coated capsule,external use of Longzhu ointment.Control group:Xiaoyin granules,diammonium glycyrrhizinate enteric-coated capsules,external use of Longzhu ointment.To observe the changes of skin lesions and the changes of background color and blood vessels of target skin lesions under dermoscopy.Rusults:The cure rate of the treatment group was 23.33%,the total effective rate was 93.33%,the cure rate of the control group was 10.00%,and the total effective rate was 86.67%.There was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The PASI scores and TCM symptoms scores of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment,and the PASI scores of the treatment group were better than those of the control group.The changes of blood vessels under dermoscopy are positively correlated with the changes of curative effect,suggesting that dermoscopy can be used to observe the clinical efficacy of psoriasis vulgaris.Conclusion:1.Compound Tuhuai Yin is superior to Xiaoyin Granule in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with blood-heat syndrome and no obvious adverse reactions.2.The changes of blood vessels under dermoscope are positively correlated with the changes of therapeutic effect of target skin lesions,which indicates that the changes of blood vessels under dermoscope can be used as an index for the recovery of skin lesions and the observation of clinical efficacy of drugs. |
