Clinical Study On Shenling Baizhu Powder Modified Application In The Treatment Of Spleen Deficiency Syndrome Of Non-infectious Diarrhea In Children

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of modified Shenling Baizhu powder in treating children with non-infectious diarrhea of spleen deficiency syndrome.To further explore the therapeutic effect of Jingfang for external use,and to explore its therapeutic mechanism.To provide a rapid、safe and effective treatment for non-infectious diarrhea in children.It also provides a theoretical basis for the development of new formulations of Chinese patent medicines for external use.Method:Sixty children with spleen deficiency syndrome of non-infectious diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups.In the treatment group,30 children were treated with Shenl ing Baizhu powder,which was added to make a paste on the umbilical cord of the chi ldren(Shenque point),and fixed with acupoint sticking once a day.30 cases in the control group were treated with Smecta(montmori lloni te powder).Seven days was a course of treatment.One week after the end of the course,the patients were followed up.The main symptoms and secondary symptoms scores were recorded in detail before and after treatment and during the follow-up,and then the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100%,the marked rate was 33.33%,the total effective rate of the control group was 96.67%,and the marked rate was 6.67%.Both the groups were effective in treating the spleen deficiency syndrome of non-infectious diarrhea in Children,and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified Shenling Baizhu Powder has good therapeutic effect and safety in treating children’s non-infectious diarrhea with spleen deficiency syndrome.It provides a new idea and method for the treatment of children’s non-infectious diarrhea,and has good clinical application prospects.
