| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of modified Shenling Baizhu powder combined with probiotics in the treatment of chemotherapy-related diarrhea of intestinal cancer,and its influence on the changes of intestinal flora,so as to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of chemotherapy-related diarrhea,with a view to improving the quality of life of patients with intestinal cancer.Methods: The 48 patients with chemotherapy-related diarrhea of colorectal cancer who met the research criteria and signed the relevant consent form were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The two groups were given basic treatment.At the same time,the treatment group was given modified Shenling Baizhu powder and bifidobacterium triple live bacteria capsules,and the control group only took bifidobacterium triple live bacteria capsules for a total of 2 weeks.After the treatment,the two groups were analyzed and compared with the TCM syndrome score,CID grade,intestinal flora number,KPS score,safety indicators and related adverse reactions.SPSS26.0 statistical software was used to conduct statistical analysis and conclude conclusions.Results:1.Single syndrome of TCM: The treatment group improved the loose stools,heavy head and body,loss of appetite,fatigue and lazy was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.Total score of TCM syndrome: After treatment,the total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of patients in the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),indicated that the effect of the treatment group was better.3.Evaluation of curative effect of TCM syndrome: The effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%,and the control group was 66.7%.There was a statistical difference(P<0.05).It showed that the effect of modified Shenling Baizhu powder combined with probiotics in the treatment of chemotherapy related diarrhea was better than probiotics.4.CID grade efficacy evaluation: The grade of chemotherapy-related diarrhea was compared between the two groups on the 7th day after treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 91.7%,the control group was 75%,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the effective rate of the two groups was equal,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing the grade of diarrhea.5.The number of intestinal flora: After treatment,the number of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,while the number of Enterococcus faecalis and Escherichia coli was lower than that in the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).It was indicated that the treatment group was better than the control group in regulating intestinal flora.6.KPS score: After the end of treatment,the KPS score of patients in the two groups was compared,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).The KPS score of the treatment group increased more than that of the control group,and the treatment group improved the functional status of the patient better.7.Safety and adverse reactions: During the treatment,the vital signs of patients in the two groups were stable,the relevant safety indicators were normal,no obvious adverse reactions and no toxic side effects.Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of modified Shenling Baizhu powder combined with probiotics in the treatment of chemotherapy-related diarrhea is better than probiotics,which can regulate intestinal flora and improve the grading efficacy of patients withchemotherapy-related diarrhea,improve the quality of life of intestinal cancer patients,and is worth to promote and applicate. |
