Objective:In today’s society, coronary heart disease is a disease that is more common in clinical diagnosis worldwide and has great harm to human health. The risk of coronary heart disease and the risk of death from the disease are shown to be significantly positive with age.Correlation, and the extent of the disease’s impact on human quality of life is also increasing year by year, due to its high incidence and high risk characteristics, people’s attention to the disease is also significantly improved. With the development of Chinese medicine and the constant recognition and deepening of people’s understanding of the effectiveness of Chinese medicine, the application of traditional Chinese medicine therapy has gradually attracted people’s attention in the treatment of this disease. With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, changes in eating habits, work environment, work stress, increased responsibility for life, changes in mental emotions,Turbidity and blood stasis become common pathological factors and pathological products in coronary heart disease.phlegm-stasis syndrome has gradually become one of the main syndromes of coronary heart disease. In recent years, the improvement of the syndrome type treatment plan and the evolution of the syndrome type have become the research hot spots of coronary heart disease, and have also achieved remarkable results. However, the relationship between different syndrome types and microcirculatory disorders and carotid plaques remains unclear. The syndrome scores are used to quantify the severity of different syndrome types of the disease,so that the clinical manifestations of different syndrome types are more objective, and the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis is combined with microcirculatory disorders and carotid plaques. To make the TCM syndrome differentiation and severity of coronary heart disease more objective and specific,to provide a theoretical basis for TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of the disease, which is conducive to clinicians to provide ideas and clinical efficacy for the diagnosis of syndrome type. Methods:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of this study,148 patients were included,According to the macroscopic diagnosis score table of the syndrome of coronary heart disease, the patients will be divided into four groups.Including 73 cases of phlegm and blood stasis group,25 cases of phlegm-dampness group,24 cases of blood stasis group, and 26 cases of non-sputum non-sputum group.Fill in the patient information collection form, quantify the score according to the syndrome score table, and perform hyperthyroidism microcirculation and carotid ultrasound examination on the patient, measure and calculate the total score of the patient’s hyperthyroid microcirculation, and the Crouse score of the carotid plaque. The characteristics of syndrome scores of different types of patients, the status of each test index, and whether the syndrome scores are related to each test index. Results: 1.The TCM syndrome scores of patients with coronary heart disease and phlegm and blood stasis group are 10 to 24 points, with an average of 16.76±3.61 points. There is a correlation between syndrome scores and total scores of major and minor symptoms, and the main symptoms In the main symptom 1,the secondary disease, secondary disease 3,secondary disease 5,the correlation is more significant.2.There were significant differences in the syndrome scores, carotid plaque Crouse score,IMT,and hyperthyroidism microcirculation total scores in the phlegm-dampness group, the blood stasis group, and the non-sputum non-sputum group.3.The syndrome scores of coronary heart disease and phlegm group were significantly correlated with carrous plaque Crouse score and total score of hyperthyroidism microcirculation.Conclusion:1.Coronary heart disease and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome have obvious correlations with the main symptoms, secondary diseases and general conditions. The main symptoms of chest tightness and shortness of breath, fatigue, fatigue, and coldness are closely related to the overall situation.2.Coronary heart disease and phlegm and blood stasis group were significantly different from other groups in terms of severity of disease, carotid atherosclerosis and microcirculatory disturbance.3.The severity of coronary heart disease syndrome is closely related to carotid atherosclerosis and microcirculatory disorders.
