The Study On The Change Law Of The Elements Of "Soul And Spirit" Of Five Emotions In TCM Of Apoplexy Involving The Channels And Collaterals

Objective:According to the characteristics of Shape-spirit integrated in stroke,combined with the "five gods" theory of Chinese medicine which there are many advantages in mental and psychological behavioral diseases,and the evaluation of the "five gods" abnormal state of stroke 3 from the perspective of "soul" elements and statistical analysis.The tendency of the "soul" factor in the process of stroke is derived to explore the correlation between the law in predicting and diagnosing the development of disease,and provide a theoretical reference for the early prediction of disease development.Methods:The subject used a cross-sectional study of epidemiology.1.To extract the literature about stroke,five-gods and brain,etc.Pre-experimental investigation of stroke patients was carried out using the five-gods element evaluation form developed by the instructor team.2.Formal investigations were conducted on 360 cases of stroke patients(each120 cases in the acute phase,recovery period,and sequelae period)that met the inclusion criteria and rejection criteria,and classified them as “soul”elements of normal,insufficient,excessive,and confused.And constructed the information database,preliminary discussion of the distribution of the state of the soul elements in the acute,recovery and sequelae of stroke.Data was constructed using the SPSS17.0 statistical software,and descriptivestatistical analysis was used to discuss the results.Results:1.The incidence rate of stroke was 1.4:1.0 for men and women,203cases(58.3%)for men and 145 cases(41.7%)for women;2.In the overall process of disease,soul elements are mainly deficiency(31.32%),followed by confusion(29.60%);Spirit elements insufficient mainly(50.29%),followed by the confusion(23.85%);3.Soul factors: acute stage,confusion of the soul,49 cases(42.24%),recovery stage to the soul with hyperactivity,39 cases(33.62%),sequela stage to the soul is insufficient,51 cases(43.97%);The soul body is not enough disorder state shows an increasing trend,the confusion shows a decreasing trend,the excessive in the recovery period accounted for the highest.Each stage of stoke,Spirit factors: all of respective,53 cases(45.69%),59 cases(50.86%),63 cases(54.31%)separately;The insufficient disorder state to present the increasing tendency,the confusion and excessive present the decreasing tendency;4.There are many abnormal elements of the soul and spirit in appears.The most of the disease about soul and spirit are insufficient,a total of 74 cases,accounting for 21.26%,followed by the excessive soul and the insufficient spirit,a total of 57 cases,accounting for 16.38%;5.33 cases of patients with recurrent stroke,the recurrence rate of 9.5%,recurrent stroke patients,soul and spirit appears at the same time mainly included excessive soul and insufficient spirit,34.4% of recurrent stroke.Conclusion:1.The incidence of stroke in male patients is significantly higher than that in female patients,and the incidence of stroke in male patients is about 1.4 times higher than that in female patients.The each state process of stroke has lay particular stress on,acute stage,soul confusion mainly(42.24%),recovery stage,excessive mainly(33.62%),the sequelae period insufficient mainly(43.97%),soul god for Yang,active,change relatively quickly,to respond to various stress can relatively quickly.The insufficient soul shows an increasing trend,the confusion shows a decreasingtrend,the soul used too much in the recovery period accounted for the highest,at first increase and then decrease trend;Spirit elements:insufficient mainly,the proportion of each phase is 45.69%,50.86%,54.31%,spirit for Yin god,master static,change is relatively slow,tend to maintain a relatively stable state.Although the change trend is not very obvious,but on the whole the soul with insufficient disorder state shows an increasing trend,confusion and soul spirit too strong shows a decreasing trend.The two Gods mostly showed at the same time.There are yin and yang properties.They interact and influence each other.After the stroke,the majority character is weak,indicating that the impact of the disease process on the soul tends to be depleted;4.There are 33 patients with recurrent stroke,the recurrence rate of excessive soul and insufficient spirit is higher,often manifested as insomnia,anxiety,over-thinking,increased vascular tension;Reduced the body’s response and regulation ability,and further studies on the correlation between such patients and the incidence of stroke can be carried out in the later stage.
